Ruler 

[Installation]

‘Ruler’ was commissioned by Jerusalem Design Week 2021 «Runaway Circus». Informed by Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man (1490), ‘Ruler’ offers a set of designated new measurement tools for the human body, each of which responds to a specific axiom from the canonical work. While measurement tools inevitably ask for a comparison, with no conventional unit of measurement, the new rulers offer a different way of observing the human body.
